    1934
    Seitaro Seo established Seo Shoji and began on-premise cargo handling, coastal cargo handling and product processing business for Kubota Corporation Amagasaki Plant (presently Hanshin Plant Amagasaki Business Site).
    1947
    Began on-premise cargo handling, coastal cargo handling and product processing business for Kubota Corporation Mukogawa Plant (presently Hanshin Plant Mukogawa Business Site).
    1954
    Obtained license for general lorry transportation business, and established Seo Unso Co., Ltd. by separating this business function from Seo Shoji.
    Began transportation of products for Kubota Corporation Amagasaki Plant (presently Hanshin Plant Amagasaki Business Site) and Kubota Corporation Mukogawa Plant (presently Hanshin Plant Mukogawa Business Site).
    1963
    Began transportation of products for Kubota Corporation Shin-yodogawa raw materials center.
    1969
    Changed the company name to Seo Transport Co., Ltd., and Takashi Seo became the representative director.
    1973
    Seo Transport Co., Ltd. and Seo Shoji Co., Ltd. began collection and transportation of industrial waste.

    1979
    Seo Shoji Co., Ltd. began coastal cargo transportation business.
    1981
    Seo Shoji Co., Ltd. began maritime cargo transportation business. Seo Motors Co., Ltd. (presently Seo Shoji Maintenance Department) was established.
    1988
    Changed the company names to Seo Transport Co., Ltd. and Seo Shoji Co., Ltd.
    1992
    Seo Shoji Co., Ltd. obtained licenses for general harbors transportation business and harbor loading and unloading business.
    1996
    Established Green Care Co., Ltd.
    Nippon Hodo Co., Ltd. (presently Nippo Corporation) and Green Care Co., Ltd. jointly began operation of Hanshin Asphalt Concrete Plant (asphalt recycling plant with annual production capacity to 180,000 tons).
    1997
    Takashi Seo became Representative Director and Chairman.
    Takayuki Seo became Representative Director and President.
    1998
    Seo Shoji Co., Ltd. constructed the Koshien Distribution Center.
    1999
    Obtained ISO 14001 (environmental ISO) certification.
    2002
    Established Suzhou Xulong Machinery Co., Ltd. (jointly with Asahi Rubber Group Co., Ltd. in Suzhou, China).
    2003
    Green Care Co., Ltd.'s notification of specific manpower supply business was duly accepted. (License No. 特28-030049).
    2004
    Obtained "excellent safety business establishment" certification.
    2006
    Seo Shoji Co., Ltd. constructed the Imazu Distribution Center.
    Established XuGui (ShangHai) Trading Co., Ltd. (subsidiary in Shanghai, China).
    2008
    Established SAS Engineering Co., Ltd. (subsidiary in Amata Nakorn, Thailand).
    2009
    Established Siam Nissin & Seo Logistics Co., Ltd. (subsidiary in Amata Nakorn, Thailand).
    2010
    Established SNS Logistics Co., Ltd. (subsidiary in Amata Nakorn, Thailand).
    2013
    Seo Shoji Co., Ltd.'s notification of specific manpower supply business was duly accepted. (License No. 特28-303116).
    2014
    Seo Transport Co., Ltd. Completion of Sakurajima Logistics Center.
    2016
    Permission in a law of a temporary labor supply was acquired. (License No. 派28-300865)
    2018
    SAS Engineering Co., Ltd. The second depot completion.
    2020
    Seo Shoji Co., Ltd. Completion of Tsukuba Logistics Center.
    2021
    ASI Engineering Co., Ltd. (Gurugram,India)
    Funabashi Sales office establishment.
    Marukou Transport Co., Ltd. joins SeoGroup.
    2023
    Seo Shoji Co., Ltd. Completion of Tsukuba 2nd Logistics Center.
    2024
    Seo Transport Co., Ltd. Completion of Nagoya Logistics Center.
