We hold a safety quality rally twice a year in June and November in order to provide all employees with an opportunity to think about safety and quality.
In the safety quality rally, we study the accidents and quality problems that occurred in the past half year, reflect on them and plan recurrence prevention measures.
We also establish safety action guidelines for the next half year based on the lessons learned from past accidents and problems.

Operators and workers are grouped into four teams, and each team conducts small-group activities for safety and quality.
A team leaders meeting is held once every three months so that the team leaders can discuss about accidents, problems and other business-related issues with the management-level personnel, and plan measures.

We present awards to operators and teams that maintain zero accident. During the safety quality rally, we give commendation certificates, cash awards and commemorative gifts to operators and teams that maintain zero accident, based on the number of days/years of zero-accident period.

Once a year we invite management-level personnel and operators of partner companies that cooperate with our transportation business to discuss about operation safety and work safety and provide necessary education.
