Suzhou Xulong Machinery Co., Ltd., our subsidiary in Suzhou, China, helps customers in their procurement of machine parts in China by offering door-to-door delivery service from the supplier's factory to the customer's plant.
We can even procure parts, inspect them, conduct sub-assembly and deliver them to the customer's plant in Japan.
Current problems
- Container ships are used for transportation of small packages at a time. Frequent shipment of small quantities results in high transportation costs.
- International order receiving/placing procedures are complex. Returning or replacing defective products is also troublesome.
- Management of delivery schedules and quality at affiliated overseas factories is time-consuming and extremely difficult to conduct from Japan.

- After conducting quality inspection, we sub-assemble parts and deliver them to the customer's plant in Japan.
